2. How to activate the fitness tracker


For the fitness tracker without OLED display: Take out the main device from the wristband,and put it into the USB charger connect to the USB port of the computer or other devices. When the blue light is on for three second and the motor vibrate for 3 times,then the fitness tracker is activated successfully.

For the fitness tracker with OLED display:Connect the fitness tracker to the charging cable to the USB port of the computer or other devices.  When you see progress bar from empty to full  and the logo come out,then the fitness tracker is activated successfully.

For the fitness tracker with OLED display and with button: Long press the button on the fitness tracker.When you see progress bar from empty to full  and the logo come out,then the fitness tracker is activated successfully.


3. How to set the time on the fitness tracker


Turn on the bluetooth of the smart phone,enter into “Heart Beat” app under Wi-Fi or other network, connect the fitness tracker and it will synchronize the time automatic.


4. How to upload the data to the App?


Turn on the bluetooth of the smart phone,enter into “Heart Beat” app under Wi-Fi or other network, the app will synchronize the data automatic.


5. How do i know if the fitness tracker is connecting the APP successfully?


Enter into the APP,when you see  this bluetooth iconon the first page,it means the fitness tracker is connected with App successfully,when you see this bluetooth icon on the first page,it means the fitness tracker is not connected with App.


6.Unable to upload data,Please check below steps:


1.     Please make sure that the smartphone  is compatible with the device

2.     Please make sure that your device is working well or try again after you charge the device.

3.     Please make sure the bluetooth is on,and your network is working normally( Recommend to use Wi-Fi or 4G). Or please try to start-up the app or smartphone and then try again.


7.  How to monitor the sleep quality?

When you sleep with fitness tracker,the fitness tracker will monitor the sleep quality automatically. When you wake up and  check sleep page,you can see all the sleep data for last night.

 

8.  Why there is no sleep data, when you sleep with fitness tracker ?


1.     During the sleeping, your body movement is too frequent,and the sleep quality is bad, the fitness tracker may consider it as no sleep.

2.     During the sleeping,you body movement is very less,and the sleep quality is good, it is at static status.

3.     You wear the fitness tracker too loose,it can not recognize that you are sleep.


9.   What is rest heart rate,warm up,fat burn,aerobic,anaerobic,Maximal?


Rest heart rate:

The best time for monitoring rest heart rate is in the morning when we still lie on bed and don’t do any activities after waking up.It is one of the most important criteria for heart health.

Based on research,the normal range of the rest heart rate for a man is 50-95 times/minute,and the rest heart rate for a woman is 55-95 times/minute

Warm up : It is the heart rate in the (220-age) x50% ~ 60% range of exercise areas, this area is a low intensity exercise area, the state is very relaxed, almost no fatigue and the breathing rhythm is normal.

Fat burn: It is the heart rate in the (220-age) x60% ~ 70% range of exercise areas, this area is low to moderate exercise areas, it is great for fat burn, and  ideally suit for weight loss and maintain good health.

Aerobic : It is the heart rate in the (220-age) x70% ~ 80% range of exercise areas, this area is moderate intensity exercise area, it can improve heart endurance, keep aerobic exercise for 30 minutes a day can gain more effective benefits on health.

Anaerobic :It is the heart rate in the (220 - age) x80% ~ 90% range of exercise areas, this area is high-intensity exercise areas, at high speed and intense exercise, the muscles will enter into hypoxic status , it is difficult to last long time, a  ndthe time of fatigue elimination  is getting slow.

Maximal: It is the heart rate (220 - age) x90% of the exercise area, this area is high-intensity exercise area, at this time heart rate is too high, easy to cause nausea, dizziness, chest tightness and other phenomena, not the best time for fat burn.


10.Why no heart rate data shows on fitness tracker?


1. It may because the low battery,and it can not meet the electricity requirement to measure the heart rate,please charge your device.

2.You wear the fitness tracker too loose , it can not measure the heart rate.


11.How to update the firmware of the device and the App?


1. Firmware update: Enter into the App,  Click the guide button on top left corner,Click About” to find “ Firmware Update”. If there is any update,it will shows the latest version of the firmware,and you can Click  to update to the latest version.

2. Update App:Enter into the App, if there is any latest version, Apple store or Play store will remind you to updated to the latest version.


12. How to enable the notification function?


Turn on the bluetooth of the smart phone,enter into “Heart Beat” app under Wi-Fi or other network, choose “Notifications” from “Personal Setting”,then you are able to set reminder for incoming call,text message,facebook,whatsapp,twitter,qq and wechat.


13. Why when I enable the notification function,the fitness tracker is not response?


Please make sure that the fitness tracker is connect with App via bluetooth, and make sure that the App is running.


14. How long it will vibrate for incoming call notification?


The incoming call notification will vibrate for 30 seconds ,it will stop when you answer or reject the call.


15. Why sometimes it shows phone number,and sometimes it shows icon when there is a incoming call and message notification?


If you save the phone number to your contact list,when there is a incoming call or message,the fitness tracker will show the icon; or if you didn’t save the phone number,the fitness tracker will shows the phone number.


16. Can i turn off the bluetooth of the smartphone when I use the fitness tracker?


Yes,you can.But you need to turn on before you sync the data to the App.


17.Which function will be disable when I turn off the bluetooth of the smartphone?


Incoming call notification,text message,QQ,wechat will be disable,but other function such as activity tracking,sleep tracking,alarm,sedentary notification and activity notification will still work.
